1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to PolicySahayak.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our membership plans, you (the "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our assistance services and platform.

2 Nature of Advisory & Assistance Services

PolicySahayak.com provides Operational Assistance and Information Aggregation services. Our role is to help you understand complex policy wordings in your preferred language based on publicly available brochures and policy documents.

• We do not provide direct financial or investment advice.
• For technical guidance, auditing of policies, or investment recommendations, we refer or take help from licensed companies, organizations, or qualified individuals.
• We act as a facilitator, arranging meetings with authorized, legally licensed persons or organizations as part of your membership plan.

3 Membership Terms

Your subscription is for the use of services available on our platform and within our defined serviceable area.

• Free Look-up Period: You are entitled to a 30-day Free Look-up period from the date of subscribing. If you have not utilized any service benefits (including the dispatch of the welcome kit), you may request a return of your premium.
• Grace Period: A 30-day Grace Period is provided for membership renewal. If you renew within this period, your benefits remain continuous. Failure to renew after 30 days results in the lapse of all accumulated benefits.
• 10-Year Loyalty Benefit: If you maintain a continuous, uninterrupted membership for 10 years, you may be eligible for a return of premium benefit, subject to plan-specific terms.

4 Third-Party Professional Network

All Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, IRDA/SEBI license holders, Doctors, and other professionals associated with our network are independent third-party service providers.

• We engage these professionals (individuals or organizations) to provide specialized services to our subscribers.
• The Company is not responsible for the independent professional judgment or specific outcomes provided by these third parties.

5 Service Features & Limitations

• No-Cost EMI: This feature is active with a 30-day waiting period. Approval is subject to the Company’s internal policies, the Subscriber's CIBIL score, and other circumstances.
• Technical Disclaimer: While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Company is not liable for technical errors, data mistakes, or failures to send renewal reminders. Such occurrences do not entitle the subscriber to compensation beyond a refund of the subscription fee (provided no other benefits were utilized).
• Claim Disclaimer: We do not guarantee 100% claim settlement. We provide assistance to better understand the legal and technical aspects through licensed professionals to improve your understanding of the process.

6 Liability & Redressal

If you are not satisfied with our services, our primary liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by you.

• We are not liable for any losses arising from the failure of a policy to remain active or for the rejection of claims by an insurance company.
• Subscriber understands that the final decision on any policy purchase or investment lies with them, after consultation with the licensed experts we facilitate.

7 Jurisdiction

Services are limited to the designated serviceable areas mentioned on our website. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
